Hazardous Fire Weather: Park/Trail Closures 10.25-10.27

Red Flag Conditions in Effect in Napa County

Due to Red Flag weather warnings issued by the National Weather Service, the Napa Open Space District has issued the following closures and advisories which are in effect until 5:00pm Tuesday 10/27.

Please note that these closures may be extended depending on updated forecasts and weather advisories. Please check back here for updated information.

Park/Trail Closures:

  • Moore Creek Park (both entrances)
  • Oat Hill Mine Trail

The following parks & trails remain closed for safety until further notice:

  • Bale Grist Mill remains closed because of the Covid-19 health event.
  • Berryessa Vista Wilderness Park remains closed because of previous fire damage.
  • Bothe-Napa Valley State Park has been temporarily closed for visitor safety.
  • Robert Louis Stevenson State Park remains closed due to damage from the recent fires.

Please stay safe and remain aware of weather conditions and your surroundings if you are out in other areas.
