Park Aides – Bothe-Napa Valley State Park

Do you love the outdoors, helping people, or working on trails? Join the Napa Open Space District’s team for the 2024 season and beyond!
The Napa Open Space District is hiring park aides and lifeguards to work at Bothe Napa Valley State Parks starting now, with lifeguards starting in early May. The pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.84 per hour, and positions are up to seasonal full-time. Anyone age 16 and over as of May 1, 2024 is welcome to apply. The District will provide paid lifeguard training and certification for those selected as lifeguard. Lifeguard training attendance may be required for this position.
We are looking for enthusiastic team players who love being outdoors, are committed to customer service and providing quality recreation experiences. Working for the Napa Open Space District is a fun and exciting job that provides great leadership skills and plenty of camaraderie.
