Local CEQA Guidelines Update

June 16, 2020

The District is proposing to update its local procedures for implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). A Negative Declaration has been prepared to evaluate potential environmental impacts associated with this update. The update and Negative Declaration are proposed to be heard at the Board Meeting of July 13. We welcome public comment until July 5. Please send written comments to the attention of Kyra Purvis at kpurvis@ncrposd.org.
