Red Flag Conditions in Effect in Napa County

Due to Red Flag weather warnings issued by CalFire and the National Weather Service, the Napa Open Space District has issued the following closures and advisories which are in effect from Saturday 9/26 9:00pm -Monday 9/28 9:00pm:

Park/Trail Closures:

  • Bothe-Napa Valley State Park has been temporarily closed out of precaution for visitor safety.
  • Moore Creek Park (both entrances)
  • Oat Hill Mine Trail
  • Robert Louis Stevenson State Park

Park/Trail Advisories:

  • General excessive heat warning and red flag warning throughout Napa County.

Please note that these closures may be extended depending on updated forecasts and weather advisories. Please check back here for updated information.
