The first of our 2019 series of 3rd Saturday Hikes was a success! We tested our night vision and learned about the nocturnal and crepuscular animals. The moon shined through the clouds, while the coyotes howled. We saw bats and glow worms! It was a great way to kick off the year. The next hikes will be daytime hikes beginning at 10am. The first will be a geology hike on Mt. St. Helena Summit Trail at Robert Louis Stevenson State Park on February 16th, followed by a flower hike at Oat Hill Mine Trail on March 16th. Hope to see you there!
