The second year of the annual summer camp, Camp Calypso, took place on July 15th-19th, 2019 at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. This week long summer day camp included an overnight on Thursday night! Campers came from as far as Taiwan to participate in the summer camp. The theme of the camp was a journey through time, where campers explored life in the Napa Valley from past to present. Campers learned about geology, flora and fauna, Native Americans, pioneers, present life, human impact and the steps we can take to preserve nature.
