Curated Hikes Celebrating Redwoods at Bothe Napa Valley State Park

The Napa Open Space District congratulates the Save the Redwoods league on celebrating 100 years of protecting redwood forests.  Join the festivities with free park passes (go to for your pass) to Bothe Napa Valley State Park  on the second Saturday of the month throughout 2018 and take part in curated hikes!

Join us for four curated hiking experiences:

“Into the Redwoods” on February 10
“Birds of Bothe” on April 14
“Flower Power” on May 12
“Mushroom Hike” on November 10

All hikes leave from Redwood Trail Head at 10:00 am.

Valentine Vista Trail at Moore Creek Park CLOSED

Valentine Vista Trail at Moore Creek Park is CLOSED until downed trees are removed. Lake Hennessey Unit is open as is Moore Creek Trail. Prepare to remove shoes and/or bring extra socks for creek crossings to get the the Lake Hennessy Unit or to traverse the Moore Creek Trail.
