Master Plan Update Released for Comment
A draft Master Plan Update was released on April 9, 2012 for public review and input. Comments will be accepted until June 11th, at which time the District Board of Directors is scheduled to consider adoption of the update.

The State Coastal Conservancy on March 17, 2011 awarded a $1.5 million grant to the District for a new environmental education camp
Habitat Restoration at Napa River Ecological Reserve
Restoration of the meadow at the entrance to the Napa River Ecological Reserve has begun. The California Conservation Corps undertook a first round of invasive weed clearance in the spring of 2010. Starting in the falll of 2010, local students and other volunteers will start replanting with native plants.
